Metsker Named New Agent for Lyon County Farm Bureau | New

Kaitlyne Metsker has been named the new Kentucky Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company agent in the Lyon County Farm Bureau office. Metsker’s appointment was announced in Louisville by Chuck Osborne, vice president of agency support and marketing for KFB Insurance.

Metsker earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Murray State University. She was previously a county 4-H extension worker for eight years.

In his new position, Metsker will call on Lyon County residents to provide a variety of insurance coverage through KFB Insurance. She will work with Branch Manager Kim White and staff at the Lyon County Agricultural Bureau office, located at 143 Main Street in Eddyville, and can be reached by phone at 270-388-9718.

Metsker joins a network of approximately 400 Kentucky Farm Bureau agents statewide. The company, founded in 1943, has offices in all 120 Commonwealth counties. Farm Bureau markets a variety of insurance lines, ranging from home and auto coverage to life and health insurance and retirement planning.

Insurance services are affiliated with the Lyon County Farm Bureau, one of the largest membership organizations in the county.

Farm Bureau members have access to membership services, including discount purchase programs, college scholarships, agricultural marketing, and leadership development activities.
