Soft pretzels sell out super fast at Rochester Farmers Market

You know, it’s summer on the coast when the farmers markets start to pop up again! One of our favorites is the Rochester Farmers Market which takes place every Tuesday at Rochester Common. They make Tuesdays cool again from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. until September 28.

Something that really caught my eye was a salesman from Somersworth, New Hampshire called The Salted Knot. They sell homemade soft pretzels and according to Patti on a community Facebook page in Rochester, NH, these traditional German pretzels are life changing. Apparently he sold them in an hour and a half last week. Whore ! (he said he would bring more this week) Looks like he’s having a special rainy day today, 3 pretzels for $ 12. I love fluffy pretzels! I absolutely have to try one of these bad boys.

You can also find delicious strawberries, jams, mushrooms, flowers, seedlings, meat, bacon, relish, sauces, breads, soaps, raffle chances and yes, ICE CREAM at the Rochester Farmers Market. This week they blackmailed a local musician named Chris Torrey. It’s quite an experience! Go get some delicious and fresh food for your tummy and support the local vendors at the same time. Sounds like a winning winner for me! Follow the Rochester Farmers Market on Facebook for updates all summer long.

What other local farmers‘ markets do you like to attend in the summer? Let me know in the comments!
